  • A whole week of being 'alone'

Well... it did actually started out as a whole week of being alone for my whole family decided to go to KL for the school holidays but unfortunately i was not able to join them. I and the other members of the Franciscan Editorial Board had to go back to school everyday (sad ain't it)  to start on the compilation of the 2006 year book. And i'm proud to say that the seniors and the juniors have managed to work together and got part of our magazine done during the holidays. A great success if you compared it to last year *lurks* no seniors around xanga right? Hehehe... Back to the part of being... well... 'alone'... i just realized that by having the crazy, lovable and caring friends that i have surrounded around me in my life... there is no such thing as being alone. This was what I did for the whole week in a nut shell.....

My family left on Saturday morning and i spent the day doing the laundry and posting on Gaia until it was time for youth. That night was the only night i stayed alone. The next day, i was out again the whole day with Rodney, Amelia and Amoz and spent the night in Amelia's house. On Monday, we went to school at 8 and spent the whole morning concentrating on the magazine. At lunch time, Faith and Neko came to my house to use the internet to get on Gaia, all the way till it was time for tuition. That night, Melia came over to keep my company. The same thing happened the next day. (note that i was no ever alone from sunday onwards) On wednesday, Ping, Kiki, Neko, Faith and Ain came over to have an early birthday celebration for me. My parents left me with barely anything left in the fridge, thinking that I'll be eating out most of the time. They were sweet enough to plan a cook-together dinner for me. Excited and energized we started our way to the shopping complex that we called the Lego building (cause of its colourful walls). None of us could drive YET hahaha and so our only means of geting there was by foot. I brought them to the 'lovely' short cut that i always took to get there. The only problem was that the short cut is by passing on a small ledge beside a big drain on our right and scurbs on our left. Hahaha it was really funny making sure no one fell into the drain especially since we were carrying groceries worth RM 125 back to my house! (yes... we did overspend on the groceries... but hey... we really wanted the Hershey's chocolate syrup) The whole night was spent cooking and baking until in the end our dinner was done. Hehehe this was what 6 girls had for dinner....

We had macaroni, a plate of vegetables, mushroom soup and potato salad for the main course. For desert, we had cakes, canned fruits and ice cream! All of us were so full by the end of the night. One by one we fell asleep when it hit 1am except for 2 crazy ppl... Ain and Ping who actually stayed up the whole night playing Dynasty Warriors on my PS2! Six hours straight! The next day, they nearly died. We spent the next day, walking from shopping complex to shopping complex until evening where we ended up stuck in Pizza Hut Gaya Street for there was a black out and our food could not be cooked. The whole place was to ourselves and we got bored waiting for 2 hours until Faith and Neko changed the place into a dance floor. I am not kidding you. They were practically dancing all over the placa and... ehem... almost on the tables. EVERYONE was looking in at them! Haha... the electric never came back on... so we changed our venue to KFC.

Taken outside KFC...notice the identical tops... we got them together just before dinner

They got me 2 lovely gifts too!

I was saying how cute it was and then Faith bought it for me!

I actually wanted to buy this at first but after looking at the price... i ran away hoping to never see it again for i know i can't afford it. My great friends actually went back to the shop without me knowing and bought it for me! Love you guys!

Friday was spent in school and at Melia's place and on Saturday my family came back. As you can see... there was not a single time where i could be alone. Thanks guys! You made my week the best week that I'll be able to have before i will have to leave to KL  I'm really gonna miss KK and all of you crazy friends. But not to worry... I'll be coming back as often as my allowance will allow me to *grins* air asia what... now everyone can fly! Hehehe...

This afternoon after church service i tried to drive Rodney's car... his automatic car. Okay... i have never ever drove an auto car before... so i had NO idea that an auto car moves by itself when you either put it to D or R . And soooooooo i firstly put it to R and lo and behold the car moved by itself when my foot wasnt even on the accelerator! Everyone in the car started screaming (Melia & Joy)  I myself was screaming. Quickly, i switched it to D and lo and behold the car surged forward! The screaming went a note higher and thank God i managed to put it back to N without any accident!!!!!!!

KFC office held a birthday celebration dinner for my father tonight and the food was great! It was indian food by the way... I spent to whole night crapping with Daniel for Samuel was at some band practice. *eyeballs drops out* Sam has a band???!!! Have to ask him about it tomorrow. Here are the some of the pictures that we took...

Latest picture of me and my sisters

Annalynn... truly the little princess of the family

Now i shall end my very long post. Im forgetting something really important here.... what is it ah??? Oh yea... TOMORROW'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

    A reminder to all....
(as how the famous Yoda would phrase it)
Wish me Happy birthday, you may.
Get me a present, you MUST!!!!
    Muahahahahahahaha

  • Romeo & Juliet *tears*

It has been quite some time since my last post... why?? well... i'm guilty of spending too much of my time rp-ing in gaia... It gets addictive once you start... especially the part of making gold and buying stuff ;P Ok... so far lots and LOTS of things happened since my last post... let me start from the YAM (Youth Alive Malaysia) concert and conference that was held here at CCC on the 28th of July... it was truly a great time and God really came and blessed us with his presence. Many were baptized by the Holy Spirit, God really came and filled up the empty 'cups' of the thirsty and last but not least some were introduced into the kingdom of God. The band and the pastors which were Pas. Julie Khoo (Glad Tidings,PJ), Pas. Lisa (Revival Center, Ampang), also Pas Daniel Leong, Pas. Michael, Pas. Ronnie   are so far the friendliest and craziest bunch hahaha... got to spend time with some of the and it was great... but the best thing is... that will not be their last time here. So for those who missed it.. too bad this time... but there's always next year  Here are some of the pics...

    The band members

Feeling really tired after the night concert.. all ready to crawl into our beds

Hmmmm ok.... now let me get to my title of the post (haha must be wondering why the title had nothing to do with my post le) today... after 10 YEARS since it was shown i managed to watch Romeo and Juliet, the modern version... haha and truly modern it was.. for those who watched it, you would know. Their swords were actually guns with the word 'sword' engraved on it and their dressing... walau... haiwaian style! Hahaha but the funniest part was.. they were using the original shakespear script when the setting was modern! I really couldn't stop laughing at first until the part where Romeo killed Juliet's cousin. That part made me go 'oooooooooo'... then the part where Romeo got exiled 'noooooooo'... the part where Juliet had to marry 'hold back tears'.... and finally the part where Romeo and Juliet dies together 'tear!!!!' It was altogether a nice romance movie and hmmm though the ending was sad... i had to laugh cause in this movie... Juliet killed herself by shooting herself through her head. So contrast from the novel. I finally managed to conclude that the director loves sad endings... he was the one who directed 'Moulan Rouge' as well (another sad ending)

I'll be stopping here for now but my next post will be real soon... too many birthdays this month to ignore.. except for one... Rodney's birthday is on December mah kan? *blinks innocently* Hahahaha

  • My Mocha is MISSING!!!!!!

*Tears* My beautiful, cute adorable Mocha has been stolen!!! I'm very very certain of that! GIVE ME BACK MY MOCHA, KITTEN NAPPER!!!! Ah!!!! I just got Mocha in April... its barely a year old! Its been missing since Sunday... i got home after church to feed it but it wasn't anywhere to be found so i thought it was on its daily rounds from my house to 2 houses away before heading back but i waited till night and no sign of her. Continued waiting and hoping from monday until today and still no sign of her! Im very sure someone stole her cause my kitten doesn't go further than 2 houses away from mine... i want my Mocha back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wanted to go from house to house to find the kitten napper but realized i don't have a good enough reason to enter my neighbours' houses  If any one sees her... please please please return her to me. She's really cute and small and cuddly.. she even has a collar... white stocking legs and a letter M on her forehead. Here's her pictures

Taken when she was napping.... *awwwwww*

A close up of her... the 'M' on her forehead is clearer here

She was being naughty but when i took this pic she immediately gave me her 'innocent' look

My two sis loves her like hell too

If you do see a kitten that looks exactly like her... please return it or if she 'belongs' to someone... ask them where did they steal that kitten from! I want my kitten back... damnation...

  • My toe nail came off!!!!

Ouch... im now typing out my pain... this morning i got up and went through my normal routine of washing up and changing when clumsy me turned around and hit my right foot right into the wall. At first i felt the numbness of it so i thought it was nothing and went about getting ready. Suddenly i felt this pain on my foot whenever i put my body weight on it. I looked down and saw half of my pinky's toe nail was hanging and my toe covered with blood. Ok... for those who do not know... my weakness are my fingers and toes. When i see part of it chipped off or when i see my friend's finger turning black from getting it stuck on a closed car door *stares accusingly at Faith*, i get freaked out. Sooooooo i stared and stared at my foot until i ran to my mum.. no not for comfort but for these 6 precious words... "Mum, i can't go to school" My mum can't stand seeing any of her daughter's blood.. no idea why... so she sent me off to the toilet to wash it and put T-tree oil on it. It hurt!!!! *Tears tears* now my pinky looks like this....

Hmmmm out from the pain.. i do have somethin to cheer me up.. recently when Eric, Melia, Joy and I went for our thai lunch... Melia spotted a cool Brasil bag and pointed it out to me. I immediately feel in love with it... why?? Cause it was grey in colour and it big enough to put stuff in. Went in to check the price and found out that it costs RM130. Considered quite cheap especially since its a nike product. I went back and got my allowance a week early (thanks mum!) and went back to get it. How does it look like well *drum roll*
